Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

$6 Flat rate shipping to the US addresses only!

In stock items will be shipped in 1-2 days, back ordered items will be shipping in 1-5 weeks.  Most large/heavier/high-priced items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer to you direct, and the shipping times are noted on the product detail page.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
 
Sunstone will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories, is not in original packaging, is not in resellable condition, or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
 
No product will be considered for return 30 days after the date of purchase of the product.
 

Items that are returned to us due to customer supplying an undeliverable address may be assessed an additional 20% charge to cover costs associated with the shipment being returned to us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
